Coming from the Evolution ball into the Solution
Grip - Very good. In fact, I'd say it has a bit more grip than the Evo. Previous are correct in that the lettering feel more slick than the rest of the ball. I believe the Evo had this "issue" as well.
Feel - It's definitely firmer than the Evo, which has more of a sponge feel.. It's kind of like a TF-1000 fused with an Evo.
Channels - They were not as flush as the Evo was. Probably manufacturer error. They do feel a tad deeper than the Evos channels.
Bounce - Good. No big difference between the two.
Durability - Can't determine yet. I'd assume it wouldn't be any less than the Evo. Although, I do think the Solution tends to "scuff" more easily than the Evolution. The grip/texture isn't damaged however.
Overall - It's worth the purchase. Would I say it's better than the Evolution? Maybe. Depends on whether you want a soft or firm ball feel. Personally, I'm leaning toward the Solution because I feel is has a more crisp, consistent bounce that's probably due to the firmness.

Amazing price/value ratio, though seemingly not too durable
This definitely has a pro grip. I've used the official FIBA ball, Spalding's official WNBA ball, and the official Euroleague ball (which I assume is similar to the NBA ball in texture and material, only with deeper channels). I was lucky to get this for the same price as the evolution. A friend has evolution, and I can definitely say that this has a much better material and grip (thanks to the moisture absorption). I suspect that the durability won't be too good, though. With only 15 days of usage (3 times a week), it already has some markings on it, resulting solely from hitting the rim. I expect it to last for a year only. However, given the quality, it definitely is worth to spend $50-60/year.
Molten's FIBA ball is nothing compared to this one. (I've always disliked that ball, because it feels too plasticky and bounces like a heavy balloon). The grip is comparable to the WNBA ball. I think the WNBA ball might have an extra layer of protective/absorbing coating. The Euroleague ball also has a very good grip, but mostly thanks to deeper channels. It feels a lot more leathery than the solution. All are good balls, obviously, but given that the official balls are ~$100, this one definitely wins over. In terms of durability, I think it's pretty much the same as the WNBA ball. Don't know about the others.

Super nice ball
Super nice ball. I tried this since everyone seems to get the evolution, and I wanted to be able to not get my ball mixed up as easily. I think it’s just as nice as the evolution, and an added bonus was this ball cost a little less

So far so good. I've only used it once but everyone at the gym thought the grip was amazing. It was weird but everyone was shooting lights out at the gym with this being our game ball, maybe due to the better grip or maybe just the luck of the day.

I think this ball is probably the best combination of everything
I definitely prefer this ball to the Evolution. For amateurs that play reasonably hard on a regular basis, I think this ball is probably the best combination of everything. Much easier to shoot than an NBA ball for most amateurs for sure. Also, it is much more reasonably priced than the NBA ball.
Just don't try to use this ball outside... if you do, it'll get shredded in about a week. If you play indoors though, highly recommend this ball.

I love this ball
I love this ball! It feels good in my hands. It’s a little more grippier than the Evolution ball. The Evolution feels good as well but it sometimes slips out of my hands. I don’t get that problem when I shoot with this ball.

Superior to the Wilson Evolution
Superior to the Wilson Evolution. This ball has awesome grip due to the Solution moisture absorbing cover an just feels good overall. It had nice size and good weight. Can't go wrong with this ball for the price. Although the evolution is a good ball I'd recommend this ball over the evolution 9 times out of 10 because of the moisture absorbing cover. It's a shooters dream ball.

Just what he asked for and cheaper than in the store.

I really enjoy playing with this ball
I really enjoy playing with this ball. Grip is out of control good, and when everyones evolution ball gets sweat on it at the gym they get really slippery, but this ball never has that problem.
The only downside is that most people seem to think it is small, and often don't want to play with it because they're used to their evolution ball.
The upside is that it's a lot less likely to be mistaken for someone else's ball and go walking off.

Basketballs are obviously extremely subjective, but for my money the Wilson Solution is the best. Soft touch, slightly tacky, perfect bounce, just a great ball to play with.
Of course, there's never a shortage of bros going on and on about their vintage TF-1000s ("they sure don't make them like they used to, bro!"), or their super-duper-official-genuine-leather NBA balls, but if you care more about balling than bragging rights, just stick to the Wilson Solution.
