Well worth it if you want to be able to quickly and easily read the codes on an older Ford vehicle
I purchased this for my father who has a 1994 Mazda B4000 (Ford Ranger). He had some trouble codes that the local parts store couldn't pull because they only had an OBDII reader. You can pull most of the codes through the cluster with a bit of Morse code style flashing, but my dad complained it was flashing too quickly for him to write it down and this device was worth the price to simply have it displayed. He was able to confirm the issue and get it fixed. Well worth it if you want to be able to quickly and easily read the codes on an older Ford vehicle.

definitely worth saving money not having to take your vehicle ...
definitely worth saving money not having to take your vehicle to a mechanic. for under 20 bucks i can check codes on my older chevy vehicles and fix problems on my own. 20 dollars spent on this saved me hundreds even thousands in the future. Thanks!!

Good troubleshooting tool.
This thing saved me a lot of troubleshooting by pointing to the problem. Well worth the money and the wait.

Beats counting flashes
It’s ok. Beats jumping wires and counting flashes. Only problem is copper spades push in when connecting to plug.
