These are the only pens I buy any more, and BTA-MALL usually has the best prices. Smooth, good detail, comfortable to write with, just wonderful. I really care how my pens "feel" as I write with them and these are the best.
Also, I am left-handed and don't have trouble with these smudging. The only exception is when I use them on glossy stock, like greeting cards. Then you have to let them air dry for a while before even closing the card or they will smear.

Perfect, perfect PERFECT pen for me!
Favorite new writing instrument!
Love the smear-free, no-streaks, no-smudge, no-lag of these pens!! The point is perfect -- not too fine so everything I write is scratchy and illegible.
These have replaced EVERY pen I used to utilize -- and that was A LOT.
I use these to write checks & address envelope, and they're perfect. I know they won't bleed if item gets wet (especially with mail going out in rainy/snowy months!).
I also use them for our large glossy calendar. LOVE IT!! Traditional ink pens used to smear and drive me crazy (cuz of the glossy paper). Last year's calendar got covered with printed up page for each month because the paper was so glossy and every pen I tried smeared. It was ridiculous. How triply happy I was, then, to find these, AND THEY DON'T SMEAR ON MY CALENDAR wooo!!!
Love these so much, I've already bought my 2nd box, cuz I don't want to be without them!

I really love this pen
Originally, I bought one of these at a Dollar General store and absolutely loved it. When the pen finally ran out of ink, I immediately looked on BTA-MALL for a better deal and this was it. The pen writes like and Ultra Fine Sharpie, but doesn't bleed through pages so you can use it as an everyday pen. In fact, the only drawback was when I was writing out a check (which I rarely do anyway) and it didn't show up on the duplicate. I just wrote the Payee name and amount on the duplicate, so "problem solved." Now I have a dozen of these pens so they should last a while. I keep one by my chair in the living room and one in purse.

I love that you can now get Sharpies in fine point
I love that you can now get Sharpies in fine point. These are great because you can write on anything and it writes like you are using a regular pen. I now use it for my all of my student's stuff that is permanent but plastic (i.e. pencil boxes) that I use to have to put tape over or something because I didn't have a small enough point.
Sharpies don't smear and dry immediately! Perfect for wood, plastic, metal, pretty much ANYTHING!

Love the improved version
I have used the old version of these pens before, and while I liked them fine, I had issues with minor bleeding so I never bothered to repurchase. I came across these while looking for a new pen for my bullet journal, preferably one that could write over colored pencil that would dry quickly and not bleed. This pen is perfect! It's much more pen-like than the old model. It dries down quick, doesn't bleed, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend for other journallers out there!

Best pens ever.
I am obsessed with these pens. They are the best pens I have ever used. The ink is very dark black, and glides out incredibly smoothly. Even though it is a very dark and saturated ink, it does NOT bleed through paper at all. I write for hours per day at my job, and I have to write very quickly, and these pens are great because they don't ever drag on the paper, smear onto my hand/accross the page, or cause an inky mess. They don't "explode" and the ink never clumps up around the tip. I won't use any other pens at work for these reasons. My only complaints are that they don't last super long (though like I said, I write for hours per day at work) and sometimes if you press down too hard, it can "split" the tip, resulting in a double line when you write. However, I really only had that problem when I first started using them, so I think I am now used to how they write. Love them.

Worst mistake of my mistake of my life
I tried to be a bit frugal and purchased some sharpie pens a few dollars less. Worst mistake of my mistake of my life. The ink completely soaked through my planner and just made me very disgruntled while doing all my work. Along side that, it had an awful stench. This product however was great, none of those other problems. Didn't soak, no odor, and very pleasant to write with. Flows perfectly, and decently priced.

Perfect for Planners!
I love these thin sharpies. I use them in my planner and they do not leak through. They do go pretty fast, but this box of 12 is perfect and a great price. I like how you can write on the sides or the tips to make a different "look" to your writing. They are super black and they don't fade on paper like some pens do. I use these for writing that I store as well. It does't turn purple or lighten so you can still read it years later.

NOT permanent ink, just regular water-soluble felt tip pens
These are good fine-point felt tip pens. The tips hold their shape well, and the ink color is pretty dark. But they are NOT the permanent-ink pens Sharpie is famous for. So if you are looking for general-purpose felt tip black pens, these are fine. If you need to mark anything but plain paper -- say, if you are writing on glossy cardboard, or on plastic, or on tape -- look elsewhere. These will just bead up and smear. I don't know why they are labeled "permanent" -- I wrote on a glossy magazine cover and came back an hour later and the ink still smeared!

The sharpie pens are fantastic - dark, bold, and thin.
I have been using these pens for a while and am very happy with them. The lines are more consistent, solid, and vibrant while not having bleed through occur. The draw of the pen is also very nice and the feel of the paper comes through the pen very well. The other nice thing is that they begin to fade as they are "done" rather than just stopping or becoming sticky like a ballpoint.
The bad thing is that the felt tips can be damaged easily. If you write heavy the tips may bend, or if they are mishandled they can split which is why I gave them the 4 star vs 5 (4.5 would be more appropriate since this has only happened once)
