Best pan ever for Hamburger Bun Making
I purchased this pan to make hamburger buns, and the results were AMAZING ...I'm not even a good baker and they were effortless. I got the recipe from The King Arthur website. My husband swore I store bought the buns haha. I will never by store bought buns again, the taste does not even compare. I also love that the product was made in the USA! The quality of the pan is what really makes me love it most. Out of all my baking pans (and I have several from expensive places) this pan cleans up easiest and always looks brand new. I need another one so I can make more buns at one time!

Coldhearted Muffin Tin
One thing which can be said about this muffin pan is that it is unsentimental. No matter how hot the time shared with the muffins has been, the moment that the baking is over, it is ready to say good-bye to them with no strings attached. I am sixty years old and have spent too much of my life prying muffins out of overly attached muffin tins. How happy I am that this tin knows that it has only two jobs - hold the muffins while they bake, then release them - and does both beautifully. When my muffins are out of the oven, I invert the tin and the muffins spring out with alacrity.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME
Do you hate when your cupcakes and muffins stick? Do you think using paper liners is wasteful and lame? Do you have better things to do with your time than grease and flour 12 individual muffin slots?
Then this pan is for you!
I make muffins a lot. I mean like multiple times a week. I used to have to use liners but I'd find that I'd run out of them and I am not about to go back to the store to buy them in the middle of muffin time. Ain't nobody got time for that... I now preheat oven, make muffins, put the batter straight into the pan without doing anything to the pan (not even spraying with non stick spray) and into the oven they go.
After baking, I leave them in there for about 2 minutes, then I turn the pan over. The muffins pop right out. It's like some kind of Harry Potter witch magic.

NO REGRETS at all. So Happy with these 4 new pans.
EDITED: Oh My Gosh these pans are fantastic. I did try to make Mini Apple Pies from Scratch. See Pic...I do need more practice in getting the juices just right and the crust. This was my First try at this Mini Pie thing...but My Son and Hubby loved them and my Son made me Promise NOT to change anything that I did because he thought the "Personal Pies" were Perfect. What is not listed by the other Reviewers is that you need to leave the bottom crust about 1/2 inch above the edge of the pan, add the filling, place the top INSIDE the Bottom then roll the Bottom Crust over the top to help seal it...or do the Lattice that is in the Pics and She used Canned Pie Filling. Mine was from scratch and judging the juice...well my judgement was OFF. Before I could get the tops figured out and on the pies in the pan, the juice was already running all over the place. I had to lift the pan to the sink to pour off the liquid before I got these into the oven. It was ALL my Hubby's Fault and I told him so....He had me add more Sugar to the Apples...I told him it was sweet enough...he still insisted on more sugar. I told him more sugar makes more juice...so More juice is just what I had. I will make these again when he is NOT at Home.He is Retired and up in my business...oh my. And the pies when cooled down about 1 1/2 hours came up out of that pan completely fine and intact. The top of the pan was a mess...but that cleaned up with soap and hot water and very little effort.
Thank you AMAZON for carrying these great pans Made in the USA. I got mine very quickly, from the order date. They arrived yesterday, and today I made a batch of King Arthur Flour Beautiful Burger Buns. They almost jumped out the pans. I barely nudged them. No Spray, No Oil, No Butter in the pan, and nothing was left in the pan. Not even a crumb. The (2) Mini Cake Pans I bought can be used for the Mini Cakes, Burger Buns, and per another Review Mini Pies, and Pot Pies. So this particular pan has many uses. I got them based on the Mini Pies and the Burger Buns.
The day I bought these, I had already made cupcakes with liners in my old old pans. I spent 30 min at least trying to scrape off the edges of the 24 cupcakes off the Antiquated Pans I had been using for more than 20 years. Those pans are out by the Trash Can. I also have Silicone Muffin pans, and yes sometimes they DO STICK. And Stick horribly, and that is with spray oil and or my Pan coating with flour.
I also bought 2 of the USA Cupcake Muffin pans. These USA Pans seem fantastic so far. I will update if I get any problems, and yes these are more expensive than the Grocery Store variety. They are Heavy and Hold the heat very well, making a better baking experience. Adding time or subtracting temperature may be necessary. I ended up baking the Burger Buns at 360 deg not 375deg per the Recipe. Baked for 18 min...Perfectly light brown on the top and the bottom.
Note that the Instructions say DO NOT USE SPRAY OIL...like Pam. If you want to use a PanCoating with Flour it is ok, that is per the instructions.

All I can say is WOW!
So I had made mini egg frittatas in my old muffin tin and trying to scrub the egg residue off was torture and I had vowed never to make them again until a friend told me about this brand of bakeware! I tried the exact same receipt with this muffin tin and the results were amazing! I only had to rinse the muffin tin with soapy water because nothing stuck to it at all. I can't wait to make muffins without having to use cupcake liners. And I will be buying the rest of the set as soon as I can!!

updated: not so wonderful
Update: Baked goods started sticking to this pan after a year or so. WHAT??? I always cleaned it gently with soapy water and a sponge so it was puzzling. I contacted the company and they replaced it at no cost. Sweet!! Only ... baked goods stuck to this one out of the box. Everything sticks a bit. Sadly I have downgraded it, though the original review is still here, below. Hope others have better luck with the newer pans.
They made this pan intending that you should pass it on the the grand-kids. It's that well made.
First, it's heavy. You see it all the time in ads - "commercial weight", "professional quality"; well, I managed a bakeshop for 4 years and this is truly a commercial grade pan.
Second, it fits in my microwave. That may sound crazy, but I use my microwave and a very hot towel to rise gluten free yeast breads (thanks, Nicole!). So it fits perfectly and my breads rise to the occasion.
I used some baking spray under my first batch of gluten-free burger buns, and when I pulled them from the oven there were droplets of spray on the pan. Not baked-on grease, but droplets that rolled off into the sink. The buns were perfectly browned and lovely. I'm sure that after 400 uses, if I live that long, the non-stick coating will still be laughing at sticky stuff.
I bought this to make GF burger buns for my hubby, and it did that very well. I'll have to come up with some other recipes to keep it feeling useful.
Cleanup? Please. A swish with the soapy sponge and done. A hot water rinse would have done just as well.
It's pricey, but if you are looking for a pan that could very well outlive you, this is your jam.
Update one year later: Still LOVING the pan. I use it for just about everything, making small cakes instead of one big one, little cornbreads, mini pies and tarts, you name it. Slip the little guys into a zippy bag and hubby has a snack when he wants it. Cleans up easily and nothing sticks, well worth the price.
Even later update 8/14: The pan was starting to show some darkening from built-up grime, since I just swish it clean. I used scrubbing bubbles (yep) sprayed on for about 5 minutes to loosen up the crud so I could scrub it off. Take care, the cleaner can probably strip the coating if left on too long. Oven cleaner is great for my half sheet pans but I'm afraid it might damage this one.
I will say that brownies stick to it now if I don't oil it a bit.

Fantastic! Just made blueberry muffins. I did not use muffin liners or any butter/spray. They came right out and easy to clean. Check out the pics.

I like them, I just don't love them!
I love USA pans! I'm in the process of purchasing new USA pans and throwing out all my old ones (one at at time).
I used these pans (and the Chicago metallic mini cheesecake pans) to make about 50 mini cheesecakes for a friend's wedding.
Note: I am NOT a professional baker, I just enjoy baking!
Cheesecakes bake evenly
Perfectly non-stick Do not need to use baking spray
Very deep (if you want a larger cheesecake)
Very easy to wash, minimal residue left behind
Don't need to water bath your cheesecakes anymore! No cracking with these mini pans :D
Only 6 to a pan (great for dinner guests, bad for large quantity baking)
The size is pretty large for a one person portion (which I assume is the goal with a mini cheesecake pan) People I worked with commented that they were too large for them
The edges of the discs are slightly sharp, but knowing this, you can be careful and avoid cuts
The pan browned the edges slightly, which wasn't a very pretty result (I did try decreasing the temperature to 325 and increasing the time with minimal success) In contrast, the Chicago Metallic pans did not brown at all
Difficult to remove the cheesecakes (i recommend using a flat ended utensil to push them up from the bottom because if you use your fingers, you will likely get cuts. It's a difficult balancing act to remove each one!
I did not wash this in the dishwasher. I washed it by hand and immediately dried with a towel.
In conclusion, it comes down to size preferred. For my friend's wedding, I preferred the smaller cheesecakes from the Chicago metallic pan. The Chicago Metallics pan did not brown the edges as the USA pan did, which is another reason I preferred that one.

This is the best muffin pan for your toaster oven
This is the best muffin pan for your toaster oven. It's extremely sturdy, well made and should last a lifetime. It fits in my (Breville BOV650XL) toaster oven perfectly and my muffins popped out easily.

Better than five stars
I waited to use the pans a few times before writing a tried and tested impression. My toughest challenge for the pan was salted caramel brownies. I like making individual in a muffin pan rather than slicing square. The pan is spotless after easily removing brownies. I have included a picture of the pan right after removing the brownies. It barely needs a rinse wash. There are two tips I might give. One: follow the hand wash recommendation, it is effortless really and two: allow food to cool somewhat before removing...not all treats require cooling but gooey or sticky items remove effortlessly when cooled. I used an off the shelf salted caramel brownie mix. Baked for 22 minutes and allowed them to cool completely. Made 12 perfect brownies. I have also made smores, raspberry danish, egg cups, cupcakes and rice krispy treats. No pan spray needed. Made in the USA sealed the perfection.
