Breakfast for our 6-cats… and they love it.
We try to keep the cats on grain free dry foods after one had some health issues but they all love canned wet food and Friskies is the most popular… though 9-Lives is also a good one. The Shreds have a lot of liquid at the expense of the meat/fish portion. The Pate’, Bits & Filets are the ones they prefer and that’s all that counts when all six are circling the feet in the morning waiting for their servings. The wet food gives them a little moisture that’s missing in the dry and it’s actually less expensive per serving than the dry foods we are using… including Natural Balance, Merrick & Taste of the Wild. Whatever we purchase… and where it’s purchased… is based on price and it’s often much less here than the food store that’s 40-miles away. We can’t easily by a case anywhere since they are always opened and hard to carry so having them delivered in nice sealed case lots is a real plus. Prices vary widely here and change often but whenever we can the Subscribe & Save program has/is working nicely. The biggest downside is the smell and all the empty cans but we recycle so that helps. No complaints from the consumers so no reason to knock any stars off and we’ll stick to buying here as long as prices are at or slightly under the local prices of about 45-cents per can.

A great wet food that all the cats like.
This food has been great for my cats. They seem to be partial to fish flavors and this is the only flavor that they all will eat every time. It is definitely a form-keeping pate that has a small amount of gravy on the bottom. This can is a 5.5oz can and it can be refrigerated if you do not use the whole thing right away.
The food I purchased a week or so ago has an expiration date of June 2018. So this stuff can be bough a few months ahead of time no problem.
Each pack has 24 cans included.
Dimensions of the can are exactly the same as any typical 5.5oz can.
*All the cats love it
*Just the right amount of gravy
Paired with a good dry food, this food can be a good backbone of any felines diet.
Overall: 5/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, <.5 rounds down) => 5 stars

Not as pictured (orange label) - Received old formula (all teal label) and cats wont touch it
I ordered from this particular listing because the image shows the new label (which indicates that it is the new recipe). However, the cans arrived and they were the old label/formula. As of early August 2017, they're not shipping what they're advertising in the photo. I've read on other sites that they claim there was not a recipe change, but my cats refuse to eat the old recipe that was shipped. I confirmed that the cans are not expired. Since I bought a pack of 24 cans, I kept offering the old recipe every day hoping they'd take to it - still no luck. The girl cat is picky so I don't think much of her refusals, but the boy cat usually eats whatever flavor I offer. The fact that he wont touch this stuff is what makes me think there's either a big difference between the old and new cans or the batch that I received was a bad batch.

Leaky canfoods. Food gone bad.
I am sorry to say that many of the cans were open upon arrival. This flavor is my cat's best favorite. For some reason BTA-MALL price on this particular flavor was significantly higher than others for a long time, so I always bought them at the local store. When I saw this lower price I was thrilled and ordered the case. It arrived in a intact shipping box, but when I opened the top of the box the smell of the leaking juice overwhelmed me. Seemed like each side of the case was banged heavily by something, resulting all outer cans were straight on one side, losing its round shape. This impact lifted the pull-on lid slightly in each can, and juice was pooling lightly on top of it. The funny thing is that the shipping box did not show any damage at all. I have to think that this damage was happening already before they packed into the shipping box. I counted how many cans had visible open lids (with leak), and I had to throw away 8 of them immediately because I have no idea how long it has been open like that and worried about rotten contents. The cat food inside those cans were very runny and did not hold its shape of can when tapped inverted. Then 3 more cans just smelled so bad after washed under running water, assuming they had a micro-leakage invisible to our eyes. I had to throw away. The rest of the cans are still sitting in my garage. I don't know if I should even keep them or throw the whole thing away.
I thought of taking a photo and submit to BTA-MALL for a refund, but the smell was so bad that I just wanted to get lid of them asap.

Cat likes it... Vet doesn't...
My cat likes it. The Vet hates it. Good price. So, depending upon who you talk to and what you read, it sounds like Purina Friskies is not a high quality cat food. Supposedly they have additives that make your cat like/want/desire their food. Not sure if its true or not. We started using it because our cat was fed this at the breeder where we purchased our cat, and I didn't want to change foods on the cat. We also feed our cat a higher quality dry food; so if this was the only food we were feeding her, I'd get something that was higher quality.

Great Product - BE CAREFUL POP-TOP CAN IS RAZOR SHARP WHEN OPEN
This a great product in a terrific quantity for me to feed all the feral cats in my area. For convenience and price, I have received it for months now on a regular delivery schedule through my Subscription. I thought I should warn any customers out there that these pop-top cans are REALLY REALLY SHARP when opened. I know this from personal experience as I add this review with a bandaged hand. A Great Product - Great Price - Great Delivery - JUST BE CAREFUL OF THE RAZOR SHARP EDGES OF THE POP-TOP WHEN OPENED.

Bad taste for my cats.... they could not get past the smell.
Friskies changed their label and the taste of some pates. This is going to hurt their sales. My cats do not like it and wont eat it. I order a case at a time.... so what am I supposed to do...... throw it in the garbage where it belongs? No happy campers at this end of the stick. Come on friskies fix the problem.

How to get the same as last time?
What is the difference between classic paté and just plain paté? I just received a delivery of the usual "Mariner's catch Friskies. But this delivery is different from what I had before: this new delivery is just plain paté, instead of what we had before: classic paté. And the cats are NOT eating it. The main color on the cans is different too: the classic paté, the kind my cast love, is blue and green. The simple paté is yellow orange. The cats won't eat it!
I have to try and get the classic paté, or switch to another brand.

Finicky cats fooling Mom
My name is Toby, one of Whidbey Lady's 7 cats. I was elected to write this because, well, I'm the smartest. All of us - all SEVEN of us do not like this cat food. Mom thinks we should like it, but what does she know? Even the Hobos that moved in, (they're happy they have love, warm beds, and steady food now) won't eat it. See? It's not just me being finicky. But, I did hear that Mom was happy with BTA-MALL, and something called Subscribe and Save. But, rest assured, we will continue to fool Mom into thinking we like things when we don't. We are, after all, CATS. :) PS, we DO like other flavors, just not this one.

Check the shipping quantity.
Items are what my kitties expected, except that I was one (1) can short. Somehow, during shipping, I am missing a can. So, instead of 24 cans, I received 23.
