Fantastic remote. I have the red laser pointer version ...
Fantastic remote. I have the red laser pointer version for my high school class, and it works fantastically. It will sync with google slides or power-point flawlessly. I can also use the arrow keys to scroll up or down on a webpage while I am presenting to my class.

Smooth out your talks
Want to stop bending over to change your slides on your laptop? Want to direct your audience to exactly what you're talking about on your slides? Just get this laser pointer slide advanced already. This installed itself on my Dell laptop when I inserted the USB, no problems with activation or detection. The intensity of the red pointer is a little weak as compared to the fancier green pointers, but this one is excellent for the price.

Awesome presentation remote
Awesome Presentation remote! Very simple setup, basically just plug and play. Put the USB adapter in your computer, and batteries in the remote itself, and you're ready to go. Open Powerpoint (or your presentation software of choice), and control the presentation right with the remote. There's no need to stand by the computer, this remote has great range. Have been using this remote for quite a while in a church setting and it's still going strong. Also like the fact that it includes a laser pointer to focus audience attention on a certain spot in the presentation. All in all, a great purchase for the price!

A Simple Wireless Presenter
Simple plug and play wireless presenter that works well with MS Power Point. Accidently, I found that this also changes pages on my Kindle app I downloaded on my PC. I've never used a wireless power point presenter so I can't make a comparison to other presenters.
This presenter worked well for me. I liked the laser pointer build into the end as well. It is bright enough to be seen in a room with some ambient light.

Got this because I needed to be more professional.
The price is not cheap but it is worth it. The clicker works well.
The grip is ok and it does not stick. Buttons click well.
Now when I have to present, I take it out with confidence and start the show.

- Buttons are easy to find and slightly dimpled to aid in ergonomics ...
Purchased two of these for work. We keep one in the conference room and I took one for myself.
- Compact storage with the USB key stored in the handle.
- Works without drivers so anyone can use it.
- Buttons are easy to find and slightly dimpled to aid in ergonomics
- In short, it just works
- Laser is aligned very well to the length of the body
- Comes with a nice padded case for travel
- Takes 2x AAA batteries. In this day and age, it should really be a micro-USB charged Li-Ion setup
- Laser could be brighter. It's still "Acceptable" though.
- On/Off switch is nice for travel, but I'd like to see a timeout just in case you forget and leave it on.
- USB key is large, probably 1" long. Long enough that you do need to watch it so you don't bend/break the USB port with mishandling. Would like to see it shorter, but without impacting range.
Overall, I really like this product. It's been on sale for a number of years, and I'd like to see it updated to some newer format. You could do a touch sensitive mouse, micro-USB charging, smaller USB key, brighter laser, etc. But in the end, it worked with no fuss = priceless.

Great wireless presenter
Overall impression: I purchased this product on December 2, 2013 for graduate school. I've now had it for almost a year and love using it. I have used it at 1 conference, 2 graduate school exams, multiple group talks and job interviews. It is comfortable in the hand and each of the buttons are easily pressed.
Battery life impressions: I am still using the original AA batteries I installed when I first received it. I make sure to turn it off each time it is placed in my bag though.
Laser performance: The red laser is easily seen on a projector screen. It cannot be seen, however, on a TV screen.
Compatibility: I have used this with a Late '08 MacBook Pro and each button works as it's supposed to just by plug and play. I have also used it on a Windows PC ('07 and Vista) and each button works plug and play as well.
Distance: I've never been farther than 5-6 feet from the USB receiver so I'm not sure how far you could wonder without losing the connection.
I have recommended this product to multiple co-workers and allowed others to borrow it. So far, everyone has loved using it.

Great remote for smaller spaces and easy to use!
We needed a product that would allow us to present from our Apple computers and not be connected to the computer.
This item came as a recommendation from someone else who did similar presentations and it works great. I'm running a Macbook Pro and using the program ProPresentor and it works flawless. We only use forward and back which isn't much but that's all we need it for so it's perfect. It also has excellent range so that when we are preaching in the traditional building, it has great travel distance to allow us to control our slides when we want them too!
Easy to Use
Plug and Play
Sleek and fits in hand well
Doesn't reach as far as the R800 version (Otherwise would've received 5 stars)
We love this remote as a back up but the R800 is a tad more reliable when it comes to distance when needed in larger venues.

easy to use and ready to go out of the package
Excellent x-mas gift at an affordable price for daughter in college. She had borrowed one from a friend and had to have one for herself. She uses it for powerpoint presentations. Great for anyone who wants to step away from the laptop for a ppt presentation. It's a perfect grip in your hand and works from anywhere in a regular size classroom. We only tried it out on a PC, not MAC (so far).
It's simple to use:
1) Make sure the on/off switch is ON (it's on the top left side of the clicker)... REMEMBER: ON is green, OFF is red!!!
2) pull out the receiver stored in the bottom of the gadget and plug into the USB port of your laptop
3) The two lower screen buttons control the powperpoint screen of what everyone sees. Left puts it full screen and ready to go. Right closes the window.
4) The two bigger arrow keys control the slides. Go forward. Go backward.
5) Button with red line gives you a bright red laser pointer.
Product came in well-protected shipping packaging with the two AAA batteries required already inside the gadget. We thought the on/off switch was ON out of the package because the color was next to the ON button. And then we realized ON is green and OFF is red... so don't be fooled by that. Also enclosed were simple instructions and a protective mesh carrying bag for the clicker that zips shut. It is ready to go right out of the package!!
If we have any trouble, will update.

Outstanding remote control for projectors
very simple to install, and more importantly, for varied presenters to figure out quickly. Because it has only a few buttons, mistakes do not happen often. But of course it won't tap the multi-functions of more recent projectors with internal hard drives, multiple inputs, etc.
Has always been a plus-and-play for me across many projectors. I highly recommend it.
