Pros and cons
I literally just made a smoothie for the first time with this, and my first reaction was OH MY GOD IT'S SO GOOD. I used the strawberry.
Now, I will be back to update...as it contains both xylitol and stevia, both of those could cause reactions in a few hours. I've been looking for the perfect protein powder for awhile now. All whey proteins kill my stomach or taste terrible. Hoping this works.
Update: I've used it twice now. I got a headache a few hours later but I had also started milk thistle so I tried it again today. Full blown migraine. I've had stevia triggered migraines before, so I can't say I'm surprised really. No gastro side effects from the xylitol. Unfortunately I'm going to return it. As far as taste goes, it's great, if you're not sensitive to ingredients.
Also, the bag would not stay closed. There was zero damage to the ziploc, it's just poor quality.

It's not bad, stop complaining
Bought this to help better regulate my protein throughout the day. One scoop of this equals 8 hours of protein (3 grams / hour) being processed by your body. Way better than trying to consume 4 eggs twice a day on top of a Whey post work out drink.
Almost didn't grab it because I saw people complaining it's thick, doesn't blend well, too sweet or tastes bad. But if you have a decent blender, get a bullet, you will have zero problem mixing. If you are using a shaker then don't expect it to blend as easily. As for the taste, I grabbed the chocolate and mix it with 8 ounces of milk and some ice cubes -- believe me it really doesn't taste bad. No it's doesn't taste like a chocolate milkshake from McDonald's either lol but people make it sound like it's wretched and it is not true.
Hope that helps clear things up for someone on the fence about trying it. Just grab the smallest size so you can be sure. Well worth having a egg protein as part of your diet and this one has been flashed which is important.

Sweetened with Xylitol
Although the description says that the product is sweetened with stevia, the second ingredient, after egg whites, is xylitol, a sugar alcohol that many people find hard to digest. Xylitol is the sweetening agent in sugar free gum and candy. The ingredient list is: egg albumin, xylitol, natural flavor, xanthan gum, and stevia.
Had I known that that this product was not sweetened solely with stevia, I never would have paid the rather high price to buy it. About 20% of people cannot digest this sweetener, which explains some of the review comments about stomach upset.

Inconsistent and "fowl" smelling/tasting.
I have ordered multiple bags and received totally different colored protein powder in each bag. First, off white (barely a taste) then bright white (virtually no taste at all) to yellow (bad taste that my 2 1/2 year old for whom we supplement his milk with the protein powder wouldn't drink at all. Very fowl smelling!) This lack of consistency and "bad" batch is very disappointing. BTA-MALL, as always, was great in the return, but can't endorse this at all. If the "white" batch was their consistent standard, I'd keep ordering. Unfortunately it is not the case. I'm guessing the process of separating the yolk from the white is not consistent thus adding yolk to various batches of egg white powder. Not good.

I have tried every way conceivable to get this to mix with milk with no luck. Whether I use a spoon, fork, mixer, or a shaker...It simply doesn't mix! The result is a clumpy mess and whatever instrument I use is covered in a hard to remove concrete. Couple that with the premium price the company charges...I'm done. Never again!

... J Rob protein for years and have been very happy with it
I have been using the J Rob protein for years and have been very happy with it. Just received my new order today, I thought it tasted too sweet and different, I now I’m disappointed to see they have xylitol as a sweetener. Probably going to throw this out and I just order the Palio protein that is completely natural with no chemicals added. And if your truly into healthy food, you really don’t need sugar in your diet. If you really need something this sweet to drink, you might as will just go drink a regular milkshake. The whole point of taking a protein like this is to keep crap out of your diet. Natural healthy foods is definitely the way to go. I think it’s turning into a sissy drink.

Love it, but change the packaging please?
It took me multiple tries before I found the ONE dairy-free/gluten-free protein that worked for me. I’ve been hooked since. All flavors are yummy, but depending on the batch it can clump a little, but it’s not too bad. The one thing I don’t care for is the bag. Whenever I get a scoop the protein gets all over my hand and if there’s air in the bag it blows out on to the counter. No matter
how careful I am, it happens each time and I have to wash my hand and clean the counter. It’s annoying. I know the company is trying to be green, but can you find another way to package the product please? It’s such a waste of protein and money. Also, the pinch and seal works at first until it wears off.

FOAM! Save your money and time
Was looking for an alternative to the whey so I thought to give the egg white version a try. I am so disappointed with this product. As soon as you mix it, it turns into a big foamy mess. Seriously, half of the protein gets stuck into the undrinkable foam, which is a tots waste of product and money. And then you will waste another 10 minutes of your time trying to wash the foam down the drain. I noticed that the foam issue is worse when you mix it with water rather than soy or almond milk, but trying to wash it down the drain with water sometimes makes the foam expand even more.
I wish this would have worked out, but I will not be ordering again-- back to the whey, unless someone has found a better alternative?

Wouldn't recommend at all
Tastes nasty. Leaves nasty after taste. Tons of sweetener in it. Gas and stomach issues. Wouldn't recommend at all.
