Epic Speakers for my cruiser
Have had these for a couple of months and when I ride with a few other riders they can hear this perfect with full face helms on. 5/5 Fast shipping! Looks Great! Sounds amazing with rock/metal!
*update* Still an amazing product listen to metal when riding my cruiser down the road... it poured in the rain and scared me because I wasn't sure how *waterproof* these were. Though let me reassure you guys on the waterproof concept.. IT WORKS GREAT! I live in Florida home of the rain and thunderstorms and these speakers sound just as new as when I got them!

The Good. The Ugly. The Bad
After reading through other reviews, I decided to give those speakers a shot. They came in within 2 business days. Shipping is real fast. The mounting of the speakers are pretty easy. It took me about an hour to get it right on my handle bars. After the installation, the speakers fired right up. After 2 weeks, I decided to return those speakers. Here is why.
It is true. These speakers can get real real loud. Even with my cobra exhaust pipes, I could still hear it clearly. In fact, crystal clear. I enjoyed having these speakers initially since it attract a lot of attention. Its also a good town ride around if you do not like headphones. I mounted the amplifiers on my windshield, so it was very easy to adjust volume as well as power.
Do yourself a favor and throw that Aux cable away as soon as you get it. Mine never worked right or sometimes never work. If you have a sports bike, you probably wanna skip those speakers as well. The mount kit are for cruiser handle bars. (If you have sports bike with rod like handles bars). Without USB and SD card support, you will find yourself some trouble putting your phone in the correct position.
Ok, here is the #1 reason why I return it. The music tends to hurt your ears real bad. And I am not talking about turning it down. Because when it is down, you can't hear it. But when you turn it up, your ears will bleed. There is little bass to it, mostly just the sharp music. I used to own Shark Audio for motorcycles. Their speakers works a whole lot better. If you want something you can hear comfortably on your cruiser, I would look into shark audio.
I hope this review helps.

I purchased this sysem for my Suzuki C-50 with Cobra pipes. I waited over a year to do this review so I could testify to it lasting longer than a few months. I have used this system every time I ride for the last year or so. It works great for me. I generally keep the volume on my ipod around 65% while going anywhere between 20-55mph. I increase it to 75% when going 55-75mph and I can still hear my music fine. I had to adjust the equilizer to a softer setting since the bass in these is not bad but, not good either. I would recommend this product to people who listen to country, lite rock, and similar types of music. Any rap or heavy bass rock would likely need adjusting but, serviceable. Good product for a good price.

These are great for the price.
The sound is only as good as the quality of the music you are listening to of course. On high end mp3s the sound is pretty good. Install took all of about an hour. If you have a busy control set like I do (VN750) it's a little tricky. I installed the amp and switch in the tool box behind the seat and ran the wiring under the seat to the bars. I can still hear these pretty clear at 55 mph which is my typical cruise speed going from place to place.
The best way to get good quality sound out of these is to set the level at about half and let your phone or player control the volume the rest of the way. There are also 3 settings on the amp high pass, low pass and all so if you have room for a sub these make a great set of tweeters for the high mid. If the tunes are filled with bass (rap, techno, dubstep) there is a fair amount of distortion but for rock, jazz and easy listening these are perfect. Typically I listen to Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, Killswitch Engage....... that sort of driving metal and these hold up good. For 50 bucks and easy install these are a quick fix for anyone wanting to listen to music and not want helmet based sound.

These speakers sound amazing even at 55 MPH. They were a little larger than I expected, but the kit was the right price. The speakers are chrome plated plastic and come complete with the handle bar/fork brackets pre-attached. If you are planning on mounting them elsewhere the speakers will either need to be disassembled or the cable must be cut to remove the existing brackets (the rca connectors are too big to fit through the hole in the bracket!) I ended up temporarily mounting them on my wind screen bracket (with a few mods to the mounting bolts/brackets on the speakers) and threw the amp in a saddle bag for now. Had it on the bike for a week and am loving it. I plan on permanently mounting the amp somewhere on the bike in the future (as soon as I figure out a good spot). Great product for an excellent price.
Update: After having this on my bike for almost two years, I still am pleased with it. However there is one caveat: The speakers may be weatherproof, but the amp is not. Due to where I mounted the amp on my bike, it got soaked riding in the rain. As a result, the amp shorted out temporarily and fried the voice coil on one of the speakers. I was able to find a replacement speaker on amazon that would fit in the housing to repair it, and after letting the amp dry out for a couple of days it went back to working normally. Now whenever it is raining, I unplug the power going to the amp.

in my opinion this is the best sounding system ive had on a bike I mean you don't even have to turn it all the way up and you can hear it over my drag pipes. me and my friend go ridin a lot and he can even hear it when he's ridin on the same side my pipes are on. great product for the price and super easy installation it comes with everything you need.

Just buy it. Trust me!
For the money you can't beat it! I gave it 5 stars because my phone has an equalizer built in. I suggest using it if you have it. These things are loud as $#!+ especially if you have them mounted to the handlebars with a windshield. The sound is pretty amazing as long as you don't set the amp to Low pass (L) or to the off position. I ran mine on High pass (H) and set my EQ to Virtual 7.1 surround. Set the amp volume at about 3/4 and I can crank it as loud as I want and it's clear as can be! One small problem... My power switch that came with the amp seems not to work. Not a problem cause I planned on bustin in to it and running it direct anyway so I can hook the amp to an ignition power source. All in all, even with the power switch staying on constantly, I'd still recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap yet awesome sounding system for their bike.

Great sound, better price.
Not bad for its price. If you are looking for something that sounds like a enclosed studio, well keep looking. But these speakers are loud enough to hear while going 75 mph on the freeway with a skid lid. The speakers are not as small as they look on the picture. I use them everywhere I ride on my VStar.
Pros: Very easy to install. Cables straight to the battery. Run the speaker cables thru the bike and install on the amp. There is kill switch which I mounted the saddle bag on my left side and can turn it off my a push of a button, which comes in handy when you quickly need to stop and talk to any one.
Cons: The speaker wires are barely long enough to go from the handle to the saddle bag (where I mounted the amp). You could make them longer if you use a additional cable purchase at any electronic store.

5/31/15 this is my first review more to come later, The clamps in the picture are not the ones that come in the package.
6/1/15 I had to do some creative thinking and mounting to get the clamps to work. the speakers are on the bike and look good. The sound is incredible. Changing the stars to 3
6/4/15 I have listen to these speakers for a couple of days now and my answer is still the same, great speakers, I have been at 70 mph and still can hear the speakers, not as load as at 30 mph but still can hear them. No more bluetooth and yes wearing a full face helmet you will not hear the speakers at 70mph.

Very good on my motorcycle!
This system was pretty easy to install and the sound is very good! I wish the cords were a little longer, but I was able to mount the amp under the seat of my Road Star so that saved some frustration! There is a remote on/off switch which I put in my windshield bag so there is no worry about leaving the unit on to drain my battery. I attached it directly to the battery which made it all very easy to install. The speakers are good quality and fit pretty well although my brake fluid reservoir made it so the right speaker doesn't point as high as the left one but not a big issue to me.
Overall, a great buy and now when my knees are in the breeze there are tunes to go along!!
