I absolutely love this...my cat is kind of unimpressed. I love love love the way this looks. I ended up not putting the little ladder on, my cat never used the one on her old tree.
My cat is not as enthusiastic about this tree as I am but I can tell she is starting to warm up to it. It is very narrow and once she gets up on the top and gets the desire to move she gets nervous about how to get down. She is a timid jumper, not really sure why. There is a lack of ease in climbing down though, in my opinion, so I don't blame her for her hesitation. I think once I place another piece of furniture near it (just moved across the country and bought her new furniture before mine!) I am positive she will utilize this a lot more than she currently does.

Generally happy--a little wobbly, but the cat *loves* it
Overall, very happy with this cat tree. The dimensions listed in the description are accurate, it is definitely one of the more stylish (yet still affordable) cat trees I've found, assembly was easy, and one of my two cats *adores* it. (The other is disinterested, but I sorta figured it wouldn't be her thing.) Some folks complained that the little dangling mousie fell off right away, but it's been nearly a month and the mouse is intact, tail and all. It might just depend on how determined your cat is.
- Delivery was an ordeal, but I think that was a problem with USPS.
- The top shelf (not the tippy-top perch, the flat rectangular shelf below the dangly mouse) attached at an angle; I checked the picture and I'm still not sure if this is intentional or not. However, it doesn't affect the usability of the shelf and the cat doesn't care, so I'm not too bothered one way or the other. It was just unexpected.
- A bunch of reviewers complained that the cat tree didn't feel sturdy. Is it wobbly? Yeah. Am I worried it'll fall apart? Not really, but I am keeping an eye on it.
- The black fun fur is an absolute magnet for cat hair. But hey, more hair on the cat tree means less on my couch!

I love it.
Bought it because it was the only one where the photos displayed cats actually playing on the product. My cat really isn't one for cat toys/scratchers/etc, but he enjoys the heck out of this. He LOVES IT. Even tries to fit in the kitty house even though he is a bit big. Assembly is okay, be sure to figure out which bolts are which before putting them in the wrong spot & having to take them out (my own fault). It's a little wobbly, but placed up against a wall, it's steady enough my 17lb cat can pounce on and off of it. I'm sure there are stronger products out there, but for how much my cat loves this, I love it.

My kitten absolutely loves this tree! He only weighs 4 pounds now, but I am confident this will hold him just fine as he grows. Very sturdy and a good quality for the price. It looks great with the decor in my house without looking bulky. The only issue we had was with the mouse hanging from the top level. The string the mouse is hanging from is stretchy elastic. My kitten somehow got it wrapped around his neck while he was playing and couldn't get it off. Fortunately I saw this happen and was able to run over and get him untangled quickly, but we cut the mouse down immediately after so this could not happen again. I haven't seen any other reviewers with this issue so hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else, just something to be aware of!

Gets a lot of use, even though it's not perfect.
As I unpacked the box, my cat immediately made herself at home in the little house...however, once I got the cat tree put together, she didn't want anything to do with it at first. Eventually (with my help) she discovered she can see out the window if she's on the very top level, so she spend a lot of time up there.
It is very nice looking. However, the structure is not super sturdy - it's not ready to fall apart or anything, but it wobbles when my cat jumps from shelf to shelf despite the fact that she's only 6 1/2 lbs. She doesn't seem to mind though.
The downside, there's no uninterrupted area of scratching post type material where the cat can easily reach above her head to scratch (which is a cat's most natural position for scratching.) There's always another level/shelf in the way. So it's useless for use as a scratching post.

Happy Kitteh Home
My kitten adores her new play thing. She catches her cat naps at the top and in the circle. She absolutely loves the mouse attachment, although she ate off its tail and gave it a mohawk in just a couple of weeks. She rarely uses the house or the swinging rope, but shows a mild interest in them when she cares to, as cats will do.
We have it positioned so it leads her right to the window ledge, which works nicely for her. The tree wobbles a bit when she's at the top but I can't tell that she even notices. Also, the height is great. I am about 5'9, and it's just perfect for my sleeping kitten to give me sweet nose kisses when she's on her uppermost platform. My goodness, I've become so cheesy since becoming a cat owner.
All things considered, since claiming it as her own, kitten has come to love her toy. And we love to watch her love it. And so everybody wins! Worth the purchase.

Love this tree
I've had this tree for several years, and was excited to find the exact same one to purchase again. I have 2 very destructive cats. I've lost count of how many times I've rewrapped the posts with rope. They really tear through it. But the carpet had seen better days so a new one was in order. I just put the new one together. Very well made. And it's black! Do you know how hard it is to find a cat tree that isn't beige, brown or grey?

Should have done better research
Got it put together, although the bolt that was supposed to attach the top platform to the round unit did not work no matter WHAT I did. My kitten immediately removed the hanging toy before I got it standing upright and no one has touched it since. It is a bit wobbly, but not so much as to be a problem for a batch of kittens. My two older cats would have nothing to do with it and were unable to access the top platform. I have ordered another style and will donate this one to my local animal shelter as it will be PERFECT for a room full of kittens to play on. It is a very handsome unit and fit my decor, but alas it just wasn't right for my kids. More my fault than the cat tree's fault.

Possibly a faulty design.
The material it's made out of is really nice and soft, and I like all the levels that it comes with.
However the assembly was a tad difficult at first. None of the parts are labeled well. I had to deprecate everything and guess some of the lengths so that the appropriate part ended up in the right space.
Also once I finished the assembling of it is wobbly. I went through and tightened everything but I cannot find the reason of why it wobbles and I can only assume it is the design.
This means that my cat is hesitant to use it.
