Don't assemble this by hand with a screwdriver. Use a drill.
I took off one of the stars for the immense difficulty i had in simply screwing in the four rolling casters on this Trademaster. Considering the simplicity of the assembly (all you need to do is screw on 3 parts: the 4 casters, the handle, and the power strip), Rubbermaid should have taken more care to get the screw holes bored to a better width for the provided phillips head screws.
The 4 screws attaching each of the 4 casters to the cart body seemed slightly too large for the holes, so that i nearly stripped the screws with the difficulty i had in actually getting the rollers on. i should have just started w a power drill, but i usually like to do "easy" assemblies by hand. oops. The handle, by contrast, was a breeze to put on, and the holes seemed appropriate for the 4 smaller screws associated with that part. The power strip was similarly difficult to attach as the casters. I understand that you want firmly placed screws holding wheels on the body, but that being the case, it would have been sturdier (and easier) if they had provided hex caps or metal inserts, or both.
I'm taking off one more star, because although the remainder of the body of the cart seems fairly reasonable/ sturdy, the locking mechanism for the drawers is really weak, and probably only useful if you mean to keep very young children out. the lock is on one side only, and a really hard tug would likely defeat it. The lock is similar to a metal cabinet drawer over a desk at work, if not weaker. Additionally, you need to ensure you press each one of the drawers in firmly before turning the key, because inevitably, one of the drawers doesn't catch, and will still open anyway.
The price point on this is really high, considering the assembly and the lock- it also doesn't feel very commercial grade in the drawer pull action, which is not particularly smooth.
btw- the red handled scissors did not come with the kit, those are mine

Perfect for the grill area
I was looking for something to hold all the grill and smoker items outside. The old unit I had was made of wood and just fell apart. I wanted something with just drawers of varying sizes and something easy to keep clean while holding up to the elements in an outdoor kitchen (covered however). This unit is PERFECT! Differing drawer sizes hold all my stuff including a couple pounds of wood (in plastic bags) for my smoker. Rolls easily. Came fully assembled too. While it appears to be made for storing tools, this is also a great product for your outdoor kitchen to hold utensils, tools, even thermometers. Looks great too.

Perfect moderately priced mobile drawer/benchtop workstation
Purchased as part of instrument building/wood working workbench solution. Was looking for something similar to what I'd used when doing repairs working at the local guitar shop. Originally wanted something made of wood, more furniture grade (as opposed to Rubbermaid). But after checking prices, it was clear the "artisan" look I was going for wasn't worth the extra money. So I went w the Rubbermaid, and couldn't be happier. Shipped fast, arrived in good shape, and best of all -- FULLY ASSEMBLED. I literally cut it out of the box and rolled it into its new home next to my workbench. Only had it for a couple weeks but loving it so far.

The Rubbermaid Trademaster Service Cart is ideal for computer technicians too!
As a computer programmer and hobbyist laptop repair technician, my home office is filled with tiny electronic parts and cables that seem to cover every available square inch of table top surface area. Cardboard boxes and plastic containers are fine for storing some items but you must walk all over your workshop to use these immovable forms of storage. Ordering the Rubbermaid Commercial FG451388BLA Trademaster Service Card with Four Drawers was an attempt to find more room for my various tools and equipment in my workshop but after it arrived I realized this product had so much more to offer than just tool storage!
As soon as the large cardboard box for this Rubbermaid cart arrived, I knew it was not your average plastic storage box. First, the box was heavy for its broad size which let me know this was going to be a very strong product. Once removed from its box, I sat on the service cart table top and read the instructions. The cart barely seemed to budge with over 180lbs of weight on it! Assembling the cart required a power drill to get the various screws for the wheels firmly into position but after just 10 minutes of effort, the service cart was ready to use.
By far, my favorite feature of this utility cart is the integrated power strip outlets that let you plug three 120VAC devices. I soon realized that this would be very handy for charging my hobby laptops and filled the table top of the cart with 3 laptops!
After about an hour of going through my electronics boxes and containers all the drawers on this functionally designed cart were filled with laptop power adapters and repair items. DVD’s, CD’s, USB drive readers, thumb drives, hard drives, memory sticks, spare laptop batteries, Ethernet cables, security cameras and many other handy items to have on a single cart were all placed inside the easy open drawers. Next, I rolled the cart into my garage and began a repair job on truck. I used the laptops in my driveway too look up instructions while they were on the Rubbermaid cart. To say this is an ideal product for the handy man would be an understatement!
Overall, I am very impressed with the Rubbermaid Trademaster Service Cart and encourage anyone who needs a true mobile workspace assistant to consider getting one!

plastic panels were not fitting correctly and missing a great deal of fasteners
I've never had a problem with Rubbermaid products before..... until now.
The quality control in basically non-existent..... plastic panels were ill fitting and missing a great deal of fasteners (those that hold the plastic end panels to the metal framework.
I could return it..... however, most likely I'll spend the time, figure out what fasteners are needed and finish the product myself.
Another similar product (by Waterloo --- all metal & less expensive) would most likely saved me time and the grief.
I wouldn't buy this one again..... that's for certain.

A perfect fit for our garden.
We ordered this to keep garden supplies in for our elementary school. It works great. It holds all our trowels, weeders, gloves, seeds and more. It's easy to navigate and lock. We didn't need a shed after all!

Not a bad cart, just not what I thought it
Purchased to store saltwater aquarium maintenance supplies. Thought it was plastic drawers on a high end polycarbonate frame, it's actually a plastic shell on a steel frame, steel drawers. Not a bad cart, just not what I thought it was

Rubbermaid 5-drawer cart 773488
Looks good, rolls well, drawers work well, nice work top. Drawers are metal on the inside and plastic on the front. The remainder is the heavy plastic material--no rust, no scratching of adjacent items, easy to clean. It's lighter than the metal ones which was a huge plus for this older wimp who will be lifting it into a truck. No tools in mine--just a rolling work station with lighter supplies inside and it'll be great for that. Seems sturdy enough for tools, tho. Woulda been nice to have drawer liners with it, but otherwise very pleased with the product. Shipped quickly, already assembled and without problems.

Rubber maid cart
The cart has a lot of drawer space in which we were looking for. We use it in an automotive repair shop for storing our diagnostic tools, and we wanted something that would not scratch the cars if bumped into. We were hoping that the drawers were of the same material but they aren't; they are made out of metal with not the gratest slides. We lubed the slides and went out and bought some shelf liners and the cart works fine. For the money I would say it was a good buy and would buy another one if we needed second cart.
