Cuties in 10-15 minutes
Just did my first experiment with this mini BUNDT pan. They really do look like mini little BUNDT pans..so cute..with each having their own little tube in the middle. This is what I learned.
I didn't want to ruin my efforts using a scratch recipe in case this pan was a flop, so I plunked down $1.00 and used a box mix, (Tip: I always add a 1/2 cup of extra floor to box mixes so cakes aren't so crumbly).
With that said, the instructions on the PAN says to fill 2/3 full... I didn't know where 2/3 was😜, so I winged it and filled them "just so the top of tube shows"..then, as they baked, I saw they puffed up like a cupcake and I couldn't see the tube anymore..OOPS! Well.. it didn't fail my first try. It's just you'll get larger cakes w/ a bigger mushroom bottom...and once turned over to display the BUNDT design, they look just fine. However, it's the "maximum size" you could make I would say.
While they were cooling on a rack, I washed and sprayed the pan again. My second batch I filled them less, which you probably should do actually....say to 1/2 way up the BUNDT tube. They came out a smaller/"tea size".
Tip: ..Save your self some tedious time involved in brushing "Crisco" in every nook and cranny, and invest in a "baking" spray, like "Baker's Joy"...not "cooking" spray like Pam. Your cakes slide right out, honest!
Now the real SURPRISE was...one boxed cake mix (with that extra 1/2cup of flour) yield 2 dozen of these cute little cakes.
And had I not filled the first tray so full, I'd probably would have gotten another 6 cakes...so 36 cakes is awesome don't ya think?
Obviously, you will have to REFILL the pan once the first batch is done, or BUY 2 TRAYS.
AND....last but not least...you only BAKE(or I'd imagine anything in this particular pan), 10-15 MINUTES TOPS! Dont use box mix times. Cool the pan 10 minutes and then plop them out on rack with BUNDT design up, to finish cooling.

Okay pan. Cute Cakes
I've used this pan five times, with two different pound cake receipes, with the same result -- the cakes brown on the bottom, but not the top. If I let them brown on top then the bottom is burnt. Since I'm usually serving the cakes upside down I've learned that a 2T ice cream scooper is the perfect size.and time them to exactly 20 minutes. The cakes will be the perfect size and color. Since pound cake does not "crown" it's very important not to overfill. If you do you will get a crispy edge. Overall this pan is okay and I will continue to use it but my cakes come out better using the NordicWare mini brownie pan. It's heavier and better quality.

Love these cute little pans!
While eating a bowl of strawberries last week and wishing I had pound cake and whipped cream to go with them, I had an epiphany for what to serve at my daughter's wedding open house - little bundt cakes with strawberries and whipped cream! But did such a thing as a mini-bundt pan exist? I searched online and found that such a pan did indeed exist. I then armed myself with 40% off coupons for my two local craft supply stores, both of which are well stocked with Wilton pans. I quickly discovered that the mini bundt pan was apparently the only Wilton pan neither store carried :o( Thanks to BTA-MALL, I could still get my pans - and in only two days with free-super-saver shipping (the speed of shipping surprised me as usually super saver takes over a week) :o) I have made three different cake recipes using this pan. Two recipes gave me a thick batter that I had to spoon into the cavities. The third was a runnier batter that I poured in. According to the use directions that come with the pans, I sprayed the cavities with cooking spray before baking. When the cakes were done baking, I immediately inverted the entire pan on a cooking rack for 10 minutes. When I lifted the pan, I had varying results, based on the batter type. The thicker, spooned in batters worked great and there was absolutely no sticking. The thinner batter told a different tale. Even with the spray, many of the cakes stuck in the pans, completely or partially. These are great little pans for thick battered cakes but I do not recommend them for use with normal, runnier cake recipes. As the cakes are wider on the bottom than they are on the top - opposite of a traditional cupcake - traditional cupcake papers/liners needed some modification for the cakes to fit nicely in them. What I did was find a plastic cup that had a bottom diameter slightly larger than the cake. I then pressed down on the paper with the cup. The cup made a new bottom crease in the paper and the sides still stood upright, though shorter. The cakes fit into the papers nicely after the modification.

Perfect 2-bite size!
Just exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something that would be more satisfying than a donut-hole size, but small enough that my guests could sample several flavors. This pan is perfect! The cakes measure about 3” across at the base and use about 2 T. of batter. I used Pam baking spray, followed the directions for time cooking & cooling, and each one popped out perfectly!

Baked 200+ mini cakes with this pan
I baked over 200 cakes with this pan for my wedding. I found that Pam with flour worked best as a nonstick coating. Fill these only 2/3 full, otherwise you’ll have a muffin top.

baked goods slide out like butter at first
these lost their nonstick after about 10 uses, and we were handwashing them carefully between uses. we had to order another set as my daughter was using them for her wedding cakes. so now we have 4 of the things.
baked goods slide out like butter at first, but when these pans lose their non-stick nothing (cooking spray, crisco, crisco and flour...) nothing keeps cakes from sticking. I gave a few stars because they make a really cute little cake but if you plan on using them more than a few times, beware.

After making a batch in each i found this particular pan to be far superior. I ended up using this pan only for ...
I was making a lot of mini bundts so I ordered this pan because it appeared to match the one I already owned. When it came I realized there were quite a few differences between the two that I could not see in the picture. At first I was bummed that they were not the same. After making a batch in each i found this particular pan to be far superior. I ended up using this pan only for the remainder of my baking because it was far superior to what I had. Would definitely reccomend this particular pan.

Love this pan
Love this pan! Sprayed with Pam first and came out perfect! This pic has 2 different size bundts. The pan used was for the larger sized lemon cakes in this pic.

Great for Skyrim Sweet Rolls
I bought this to make Sweet Rolls from Skyrim, for our Skyrim/Solstice party in December. I had another pan already but the molds were so big, the recipe was just way too sweet for everyone who ate them. This pan makes them smaller and they were just the right amount for everyone this time.

Easy to Use, Adorable Product
These turn out so cute. I tried to make Nothing Bundt Cakes, I failed (i don't know what they put in theirs -- probably mayo and 50lbs of butter) but I still ended up with some decent cupcakes! They slid right out without sticking to the pan in the slightest.
