I really like it!
update 08/02/2013. Well it finally happened after a year and a half. The bed blew out. One of the depressions on the top of the bed completely blew out of the top of the bed while i was sleeping on it. Hit the floor in one big hurry. There is no fixing it. Well i am not complaining because it out lasted any other mattress i have had. I weigh 400 pounds and that kind of weight destroys any kind of bed after time. Well i have another new one in the box that has been sitting in the box for over a year. Now we will see how long this one lasts. It is time to get the silicone seal out.
The video is a updated video after having this mattress 10 months and sleeping on it every single day. I have only had this mattress a week now but have run several tests on it. The first thing is at the end of this review I put the warranty from Wenzel. Nobody ever talks about the warranty on air mattresses. I also called the number below and talk to a customer service rep about the mattress. I am required to sleep on an air mattress because of my medical condition so I have had a lot of air mattresses in the last ten years. All air mattress leak air! They are not really leaks such as a puncture. The vinyl has pores in it so they leak down, some worse than other depending on the quality of the vinyl. I have owned air mattresses cheaper than this one and much more expensive than this one. My experience on air mattresses that you either get a good one or a bad one no matter what you pay for it. The worst trouble I had with any air mattress was one that cost over $400.00. This insta bed with the never flat is the one to own. Forget the ones with the remote control. You have to inflate or deflate the mattress with the remote but you can never get the mattress to be the same exact consistency from the last time you filled it up. Waking up in the middle of the night to inflate the bed is a pain in the you know what. This bed has only three settings. It has plush, medium, and firm. If you need more than this than you need to go sleep on a cloud in heaven. The first thing I did was inflate the bed like the instructions say. That right folks I read instructions! I selected firm and turned it on. This bed will turn itself off when it reaches the right firmness so you don't have to sit and watch it and worry about over inflating which ruins the mattress. I let it sit for 4 hours unplugged than I plugged it back in. The never flat pump came on and ran exactly one and a half minutes and shut off. The air that is being pump into the mattress is actually warm air that relaxes the vinyl. Some people say the never flat pump is loud. All I can say on the bed I received I can't even hear it at all. I only know it is running because of the red light that lights up. I Velcro a yard stick to the side of the bed at the exact height of my table in the bedroom. I laid down on the bed and the yard stick drop ½ inch below the table and the never flat pump came on. In one minute the never flat pump had the bed right back up to the height of the table top and turn itself off. I don't know how long all this electronic stuff will last but if it does you won't have to inflate or deflate anything ever again. I deflated the air mattress and it is automatic. It not only sucks ever drop of air out of the mattress but shuts itself off. It fits easily right back into the duffel bag it comes with. Well only time will tell how well it holds up but right now I think it is great.
update 5/11/2013: Well i have had it over a year now and it is still giving me terrific service

Great Bed and Amazing Customer Service
We bought this bed about 10 months ago so that our parents would have something to sleep on when they came to visit the grandkids. My mom has a bad knee and back so she appreciates that this bed is raised high off the floor so that it is easy to get in and out. It is comfortable to sleep on and we love that it never deflates.
Unfortunately, it sprang a hole that we couldn't repair with the included patches after we had used it for maybe 14 nights total. I called Wenzel and they immediately took action to replace the bed. This company is SO easy to deal with. I just had to take a few pictures of the hole and fill out one paper. We did it all digitally so I didn't even have to ship the defective bed back! I did all of this on Monday evening and by Thursday afternoon we had a brand new Insta Bed on our doorstep. This company gets two huge thumbs up for their customer service and their efforts to replace the bed promptly and easily.
Awesome bed. Great customer service. We'll be recommending this bed to everyone we know!

The best air mattress I've tried.
My Ambulance service doesn't provide beds for their employees so we have to buy mattresses or sleep on the floor. I bought this because my last air mattress kept deflating after about a month of using it 2-3 times a week. I sprayed that one with water and found thousands of mini holes that just could not be covered.
I bought this because of the price, the other reviews, and I liked the idea of the never flat pump. I like my mattress FIRM especially with air mattresses. I hate feeling like I am constantly rolling in the middle (and I weigh 135lbs). At first it stayed firm the first week or so. Then I noticed I'd get up for a call and the pump kicked in. I think it's slowly leaking somewhere but it's not to the point where I am touching the ground. I wouldn't sleep on this every night but it does the trick.
Pros: It works, it's comfy enough, the price is good. Deflates quickly and shuts off once finished. Little storage space for the cord. Different settings for level of firmness.
Cons: It's REALLY heavy and a pain to fold up and carry around. I wish there was a more protective carry (or rolling) case. Inflates very slowly.

Mostly does as advertised
The big deal about this air mattress is that it's supposed to add more air as necessary during the night to keep it from going at all flat. It kinda-sorta delivered on this promise. It didn't let the mattress go flat, but it definitely didn't seem to add air as much as it should. So it's usable, but not the best of the best.

It is the best air mattress I have ever used.
After going through several air mattresses in the past few years I believe I have found a keeper. We travel often and whenever we go anywhere we always take our new air mattress with us. It is the best air mattress I have ever used. The never flat pump is the best invention since sliced bread! Inflating it is as easy as picking one of the 3 firmness settings and plugging it in. Just set it and forget it. It will automatically shut off when it gets to the desired setting and as long as it remains plugged in, it will silently maintain the selected firmness. If you don't have a plug in nearby, don't worry it will still maintain it's firmness throughout the night, you might just have to give it a little touch up every few days. It is very comfortable for two grown adults and even 1 adult and 2 children. The sides are very firm and you never feel like you will fall off the edge. Deflating is easy as well. Just keep it plugged in and select the deflate setting and it will quickly reverse the pump and suck all the air out and automatically shut off when it is done. One thing to take note of is when it finishes deflating the large pump will automatically shut off but the silent never flat pump will continue to run and will actually start to slowly add air to the mattress so unplug it as soon as it shuts off and you will have an air mattress that is essentially vacuumed sealed. The only negative was when the air mattress was new it was VERY firm even on the plush setting. We had to actually unplug it and let some air out so the silent never flat pump wouldn't continue to increase the firmness. After a few uses the mattress seems to have softened up a bit and is now very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy again.

So far so good.
So far so good. In transition between homes so this is my full-time bed.
Secondary pump is extremely quiet.
To see if it is working:
1. Inflate to "firm".
2. When pump stops, set comfort level to "plush".
3. Deflate bed until it feels a little spongy, then turn to "off".
4. You should now hear the small pump inside turn on. Don't deflate too much as the pressure switch will de-activate the small pump and "wait" until the bed is inflated normally. The small pump is not intended for large volume filling, just small amounts to maintain a set pressure point.
Hopefully this bed will last without coming apart or springing leaks. In case of leaks, the first thing to go would be the silent pump.
It will most likely burn out (fire hazard?) from constantly running, trying to keep up
I'm not too crazy about the contour on the bed top but I guess this is an engineering trade-off. between comfort and structural integrity. A good quality pillow top should do the trick.
Will give it five stars if this bed lasts at least a year of constant use.

Don't leave it plugged in for too long
This is a bit too high off the floor for me. I always thought I would fall off, but never did. Anyway it always seemed on my mind. I found it very comfortable to sleep on. And the 'never flat' feature really does work, but I made a big mistake. I left it plugged in for several weeks. I was away and didn't notice that the bed just kept expanding. When I returned home, it was actually funny to see how far the bed had expanded. But the bed still does work, it just has a much larger footprint.

better than expected
Great alternative to conventional mattress, Came packaged well with no damage. Sleeps well, in fact quite comfy. The delivery was really fast and came in time for planned visit. Would recommend for weekend guest or even months of good sleep as everyday mattress.

this air mattress has seen regular duty for house guests looking for a more comfortable option than the sectional
Purchased initially for relatives over the holiday season, this air mattress has seen regular duty for house guests looking for a more comfortable option than the sectional.
Mattress shipped in standard cardboard box; packaging removal proved unremarkable and unboxing proceeded apace. Unfolded and inflated with the integrated pump with difficulty. Using the firm setting, pump kicked on approximately twice during my in-laws visit and was quickly done with maintenance pressure. Standard queen sheets fit beyond the level of the second seam and can obscure the pump if not careful.
Topper is soft and snag-free. Deflation is equally simple though the user can provide some assistance once the integrated pump increases RPMs. Folds well and stores in provided bag.

Best Air Mattress Ever.
We purchased this bed on September 26, 2013. We have used it while traveling to many locations. When we moved to California we stayed with friends for four months we slept on it every night. When some friends moved to San Diego and needed a bed, we let them use it for two weeks. To say the least it has been not only very useful but also it has endured many nights of use. We only noticed a slight leak recently after having used it for two years. It came with patches so we were able to patch it and continue using it.
The comfort of this bed is also noteworthy. We have had a couple different air mattresses before. The usual problems we have are that they aren't comfortable and lose air. Two people would end up sinking together in the center. But this Insta-Bed Raised Air Mattress is not like them. It has a automatic pump built into the Mattress and a setting with little noise to continue filling in the event of a small leak, so that the mattress continues to be firm. It is a tall mattress, the top is at a comfortable level to sit on. Since I am tall, this is a nice feature for us.
We continue to use this mattress to this day whenever friends stay over.
