The most comfortable office chair I have ever owned.
I bought the HON HVL210 Task Chair from BTA-MALL about 2 years ago and found it to be just OK, nothing special except the pneumatic lift would maintain height adjustment, but the mesh fabric collected lint and other crud that was very hard to clean and looked bad.
I by far prefer this Office Star Work Smart Executive Eco Leather Chair to my 2 year old mesh fabric desk chair. The old chair had no head support, had minimal padding and collected lint and debris that was impossible to get out of the mesh.
The Office Star Work Smart Executive Eco Leather Chair is very comfortable, easy to keep clean, has a head rest, gives side and back support. I really like the flip up arms, sometimes I want to use them and other times, I don't. The tilt control is nice since you can actually turn it into a comfortable rocking chair or just lean back easily and relax with the head rest. The Espresso color is rich looking and and the white stitching complements the chairs appearance. Very comfortable for many hours if working at the computer or watching a movie
The attached pic shows the difference between the two chairs

Comfortable Chair with fold away arms that slides easily on carpet.
I have had this chair for only a few months but it is working very well for me so far. It is very comfortable and it moves well on the carpet in my den. One of the biggest reasons I purchased this chair was the ability to fold the arms up the side of the chair which allows me to move in closer to the keyboard of my computer on my L-shaped corner desk. This has proved to be a big feature for me. I am also 275 pounds and this chair holds me comfortably. I will update later if any problems come up that would make me want to change my review but so far so good.

Nice looking, fairly comfy, assembly is a BEAR.
Nice looking, fairly comfy, assembly is a BEAR. There's only 12 screws, so how hard can it be, right? Well the base screws to the bottom cushion just fine. But the four screws to attach the back cushion to each arm? Holy crap. I'm thin, in decent shape, and was sweating like a bear trying to get the screws to align with blind receiver holes --- you can't see well where the screw is relative to receptacle and the screws have to be at a very PRECISE perfect angle to thread in. You need a helper to hold flashlight and to force cushion into align with holes. Took me an hour and a half. Kids learned some new words.

Very nice chair
This chair is very nice, not perfect but it's good. I tested a lot of computer chairs recently and this one was the best one I have tested out of all of them. It is so hard to find a good chair, it's been one of my biggest challenges, but this chair will work for me pretty good. One problem I have noticed is that the chair does tilt back, but it doesn't stay tilted. But you can make it stay tilted by jamming small books underneath of it, which is what i had to do. Once I was able to make it stay tilted with the jammed books, the chair is very well acceptable now. FYI, I had to use two books underneath the chair for the tilt stay, each measured 3''x1'' (pages measured about a 0.4 inch).

My butt has never been happier!
I looked at office chairs for quiet some time before finally deciding on this one. It only had a handful of reviews, but I really liked that the arms folded up. I'm on the computer all day (computer engineer). Upon arrival, I will say that this chair was not the easiest to put together and I do quite a bit of handy work. Some of the screws still aren't lined up perfectly. One of the arms had to be replaced because the locking mechanism on the extension slider wasn't working correctly. I contacted the seller, they got in touch with the manufacturer, and a new part arrived within a couple of weeks. Very impressive.
After I got it together, I couldn't be happier. I have never felt uncomfortable with it, and I love that the arms fold up just as I thought I would. It's great for when I want to get close to the desk, or when the puppies come by and want some love. Highly recommend. 4 stars due to assembly difficulties and bad part in the original shipment.

Very nice chair. Well made, looks expensive. I noticed, upon purchasing that there was an option to have someone come and put it together. Save your money. It is totally not needed. This chair was a very easy assembly, about 15 minutes or faster. It is very comfortable. The adjustable arms not only fold up but also go up and down to adjust where you want them. Very pleased!

For the price range with flip up arms I think this was a good buy.
I was skeptical about buying when reading the reviews about assembly. My advice only, do not tighten bolts until all bolts are lined up and threaded, then tighten evenly just like a water pump. You will need leverage to line up the back rest to the seat top bolts. Again only my advice, I flipped the chair upside down on the carpet, made it fairly easy. 30 min assembly time and the seat is soft and comfortable. I may get one more by the end of the year if the wear and tear on this one proves it to be a good choice. For the price range with flip up arms I think this was a good buy.

Nice chair - glad I purchased it!
This chair is wonderful! It went together easily, within 15-20 minutes and has all the things I was looking for. The arms raise so that I can slip it under the work table. It has a nice high back and good firmness. It was stated that the color was espresso, but it basically looks black - with white or cream stitching . It is very nice, though, and comfortable. We adjusted it so that we can lean back in it a bit and also lightly rock.

The trim -- like parts of the arm rest
Colors in the picture, and the descriptive words regarding color, are quite a bit misleading. The trim -- like parts of the arm rest, the base -- are golden in color which was not mentioned anywhere. The stitching is just about off-white. Overall, the color scheme is close to "multi-color" than Espresso, in my honest opinion. BTA-MALL and/or the manufacturer should correct the description on the web to match reality. Having said that, it looks pretty good overall and comfort level is very good. Good buy, overall!

The chair was very difficult to assemble due to holes not lining up correctly. Very sloppily drilled. Once assembled, it is soft, has a nice feel to it. Sadly amazon had dropped the price three days after my purchase and did not want to reimburse the difference. Their answer was, yeah, sometimes prices change.
Left a bad taste.
