Nice and soft rug, blue color looks darker from one side to the other, but in general it is nice rug.
The blue looks darker than the picture I just uploaded.

Great rug for the price!
Really nice rug, especially for the price! Very rich looking! I love that there are so many sizes to choose from.

great value for the price
This is a really nice rug for the price. It gets 4 stars based on merit as an area rug irrespective of the price. This is a synthetic rug and it feels like it. The pile is not as dense as a high quality wool rug nor as "tall" but it is better than most cheap synthetic rugs such as the Ifsahan rugs or Ottomanson rugs also on BTA-MALL. The rug is fairly soft but not as soft as a natural rug but it is softer than other cheaper synthetics. I put it under a kitchen table on hardwood floors with a 1/4 inch nonslip rug pad under it. Without the pad it feels cheap but with the pad it feels really nice with adequate cushion. It is not super plush with the pad but enough to keep feet warm and cozy while eating meals. The color is just slightly more vivid in reality than the picture. The picture is more muted on BTA-MALL but the blue is more baby blue. Creams appear as depicted. It's a very pretty design. The resolution is not so high on the details given the low density of fibers but it is good enough. I also got an Ottomanson synthetic which is "atari space invaders resolution" on the design and this is significantly better. So 4 stars as far as rug merits but when considering the price this is an awesome value and well worth the price. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I think for a family room or formal living room that you plan to use a lot you may want to go for an actual wool rug. I've uploaded a picture and the colors on the rug are depicted accurately on the phone pic unlike the Ifsahan rug I got which somehow looks better on the phone than through my eyes.

Nice looking rug with MAJOR wrinkling issues
On first impression, this is a nice looking, reasonably priced rug -- not a genuine Persian by any means, but good value for the price, with a nice pattern and good coloration. And then you notice the wrinkles.
We have had this rug on our floor for a month now, installed over a 3/8 inch felt pad. There was a series of wrinkles on it when we first unrolled it, but we felt those would relax with time. They didn't. So I laid sheets over the wrinkles and placed 2" x 10" x 8' planks on the sheets. After a week, the wrinkles were still there. So I added the weight of our 8 foot long electric reclining sofa on top of the planks over the largest wrinkle. After another week, the wrinkles were still there.
As you can see in my photo, the wrinkles appear to originate with a single wrinkle near the end of the rug -- the end of the rug that was rolled up first and tightest -- and are repeated at regular intervals as more of the rug was rolled up over the initial wrinkle.
The rug came to us with the top surface rolled up on the inside, and the bottom surface on the outside. By comparison, we bought a slightly smaller rug from the local discount/membership store and it came with the top surface outside on the roll -- and no wrinkles, not even a little one. Coincidence? Lucky? A different manufacturer? Who knows? All I know is that we've got a pretty tacky looking rug right in the middle of our newly remodeled living room, and the return period has expired.
I can't imagine that I would ever buy this brand of rug again.
Update January 6, 2016: another reviewer mentioned that he had the same issue with wrinkles in his rug when he first unrolled it. He suggested that, if I was patient and gave the rug time to relax, the wrinkles might eventually relax out. I really appreciated his advice and suggestion, but unfortunately I have not had the same experience that he did. It's been about 2 months since we put the rug on the floor, and the 2 largest wrinkles are still there -- somewhat reduced in size, but still very noticeable. I suppose I could try moving the furniture of the edges of the rugs, roll up the rug, roll up the pad and store it, then put the rug and furniture back in place, but that would be a major pain. I'll keep watching for signs of improvement, but for now, my opinion is unchanged.
I can't imagine that I would ever buy this brand of rug again.
Update on May 23, 2017: Well, good things come to those who wait, as the Brits say. The wrinkles are gone and have been gone for probably 6 months, perhaps a bit more. The rug looks good, shows no signs of wear, and is comfortable underfoot. So I guess it comes down to how long a person is willing to wait for a rug to completely relax. I'm going to increase my rating to 4 stars, with the 5th star withheld due to the long process of waiting for the wrinkles to relax, because, other than that problem, it's a very nice rug.
A person recently commented that, based on my photo, the blue color was more intense than that person wanted. The color is actually quite a bit less intense than shown in the picture, and almost more of a blue/gray.

Beautiful traditional rug
The colors are a soft bluish gray with golds, greens, a touch of burgundy. It complements our wood floors nicely and we have received many complements. It is nice to have all of the coordinating sizes also. They look far more expensive than they were. I did purchase rug grippers with some padding for the runners and it makes them feel very plush. May still buy one for the large carpet.

This is a thick, soft rug! Looks expensive. Color is more slate grey/blue! I like it very much I see this lasting a long time!

I don't recommend buying this rug
The color was inconsistent through the rug. The first time the color was blue at both ends and gray at the middle. I asked for replacement. They send me a new one but this time the color was gray for half of the rug and blue for another half. I had to return the rug, I don't recommend buying this rug.

Great looking rug but it sure does have a chemical odor. I don't understand how some commented that there is "No Odor"......must have sinus problems. Anyway, the rug is of good quality and quite soft actually with no pad underneath. If it wasn't for the overwhelming odor, I might have bought another with a different color/pattern. I'm not sure I'd want to go through inhaling that all over again...... although, the odor is becoming less noticeable after two- weeks or so. Update: It's been weeks now and there is absolutely no odor at all with this rug. I love it..... and I guess it was worth putting-up with the carpet odor as I did. I'm surely purchasing another sometime in the future.

Horrible... big hole in edge of rug!!!
My rug arrived and was wrapped securely in clear plastic with the ends protected. Three days later I reorganized my dinning room and removed the old rug to place this new rug down. Once I opened the plastic wrap around the rug and unfolded the rug I noticed a hole on the edge!!! The plastic wrap had no damage at all so the hole must of happened at the factory. Major time waisted and disappointment!! The rug is beautiful until I saw the hole. Be warned!!! Maybe that is why there was a price drop. They didn’t mention it had a hole in it though! Ugh. Not fun disappointed in company. How did they not notice this when they folded the rug?
