don't like wiping down the counters
A decent water pick for the price, does what is says. Is a bit noisy but they all are, also when you fill the reservoir the rubber piece that separates it from the base tends to leak so I only fill it as much as I will use, don't like wiping down the counters. Otherwise seems like a solid product. I put hydrogen peroxide in mine with the water, sometimes mouthwash. Hope this helps some people.
Only had this thing a few months, 2 users but one of us is rarely home. It decided one day that it wanted to stop pulsating and instead just ooze out in a pathetic plunge to the sink with no pressure whatsoever. For the money I don't think it was worth it and will definitely not be buying this brand again. Hope THIS helps some people :)

I used this for 6 months and really liked it a lot
I used this for 6 months and really liked it a lot. The design is well thought out. It has places to put the tips you use most. The one I got from Costco kept the tips inside the lid which frequently would fall inside the water well if if wasn't set on top very carefully. The handle has a Secure spot as well. So I was sad when it started leaking, emptying the well. I called the company and they told me to send them an email and let them know just what happened do they could pass it on to the manufacturer. I sent them an email on Wednesday and there was a new one delivered to my door on Friday. So happy I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending it back. Fingers crossed, this one lasts. All in all still worth the money. Very happy with customer service.

Good Quality, Excellent Functionality At A Reasonable Price
I was torn between buying this and the name brand Waterpik for about $20-$30 more. I bought this CQ wellness brand and found it to be a very good product. The first time I used it I was tempted to return it because it leaked water all over my sink. The leak was from the bottom of the unit but after looking into it a bit further I realized that the problem was that I had not pushed down the water compartment to make a tight seal with the gasket. Once this was done the unit has not leaked at all. I typically use the number 6-7 setting and find that to be maximum that I can use to safely floss my teeth. The Waterpik brand is a bit more powerful but I don't think the extra power is usable or necessary.
The unit comes with multiple color coded heads so that the whole family can use the unit. It even includes a brushing and orthodontic tip as well tongue cleaner attachment. All of the attachments can be stored in the unit (either on the side or on the top of the lid. The handle comes with a stop button which is important when you need to switch sides In your mouth. Also worth noting is that the spray head can rotate so you can angle it wherever you need. Overall considering the price this is an excellent product that compares favorably with the name brand unit.
*** Positive Points: ***
- Includes multiple heads for different users and different purposes
- Has storage in the top of the unit and the side
- Has a pause button on the hand unit
- Spray head can rotate
- Comes with a 3 year warranty.
*** Negative Points: ***
- Unit will leak if the water compartment is not firmly pushed into the base
- Came shipped in the product box which was not sealed. I was concerned that parts could be damaged or missing but fortunately everything worked fine.

I have only had for a short time and it works just fine. I am not one who enjoys flossing so I generally avoid it. Since this doesn't draw blood when I use it (which is twice a day) I use it everyday. My gums look healthier and I can feel that there is less plaque on my teeth. I am curious what my dentist is going to say because he won't be looking at the normal train wreck.

This water flosser works great!
I used to have an electric Waterpik and after that one stopped working, I went with a smaller portable battery operated one from another company. It just really didn't do the job so I decided to look around for an electric one that was not terribly expensive. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad that I did. It does a very good job of cleaning between my teeth and is easy to use. The reservoir holds enough water to clean all my teeth. It has several tips with it and even some storage in the lid for extra tips that don't sit on the side. It's a great product.

Yes, I would recommend this classic water flosser
This water flosser, or water pic, does its job fine. To successfully use this product, fill the reservoir with warm water (I add a little mouthwash), put the tip on the handle you wish to use, plug the cord into the wall socket before turning it on, place the tip to floss inside your mouth before turning the machine on, and hold your head down a little over the sink. This way you will have good control over the process and not get water everywhere. My machine has multiple settings for how hard I want it to pulsate. It also has several different kinds of tips for different purposes (read the instructions for more details.) The top lid that goes over the reservoir (water holder) has a compartment that opens and closes where tips can be stored. By tip, I am referring to the piece that the water comes out of to clean your teeth. Have had only for a short time, so cannot comment on longevity, but so far I really like this machine and find it easy to use. It also fits neatly in the corner of my bathroom counter top. I would recommend this product. And it has a reasonable price.

I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED!!
This unit replaces one I bought several years ago by a major brand for more than twice as much as I paid for this unit. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED !!!! This unit is very compact (the reservoir is smaller but it is the right size to get the job done) so it doesn't take up as much space. The additional attachments are great. These machines don't last forever, so if it lasts only a few years, I will more than have gotten my money's worth. It REALLY cleans between the teeth and below the gum line very well, and I am not at the maximum pressure yet. This is a Great Gift for a little money for people you care for, including yourself.

Good replacement to my old battery operated flossers
I've gone through three re-chargeable water flossers and each time the battery wears out fairly quickly. I decided to go with an electric one, and this one works fine. The only issue I have is that the water comes out of the bottom of the tank while you are filling it up and setting it in the base. This causes water to leak down the sides when you push down on the tank to set it onto the base and there is always a little bit of water to clean up on the counter and down the sides of the base. But the force of the water is great (I usually have it on 8) and it comes with more flossers than I would ever use.

Easy and fast to use for flossing
I needed to replace my water flosser and found this one on BTA-MALL. It works very well and is exactly what I needed. It comes with different tips to use on your teeth and is easy to use and to clean afterwards. I don't like using dental floss so this has been a great substitute. I recommend this water flosser.

Perfect size and power
Very powerful and plenty of tips come with it. It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it turned out to be perfect for me. I have had no problem with it other than remembering to push the button on the tip when turning it on (ha!).
