Great for Plantar Fasciitis Heel Pain
I have a problem with plantar faciitis. My doctor said to get a plastic soda bottle, fill it with water, and put it in the freezer and then roll it with my foot. This sounded kind of messy to me so I looked for something else that would be similar and not so much trouble. So, I ran across this device and thought I would give it a try. Here are my observations.
This thing is pretty heavy - 1.1 pounds. It appears to be high quality construction.
The bottom is made of rubber. The combination of rubber bottom and heavier weight means this massager does not move around when you are running your foot over the top.
The steel balls are almost an inch in diameter, so they feel substantial when you are running your feet over the top. They rotate in their sockets.
My issue with plantar fasciitis is mainly in my heel. That is where I have the most pain. This massager is perfect for working on my heel pain. I start with a light rub and then press more deeply as my foot gets used to the pressure. I keep it under my computer table and am actually using it as I write this review.
As a massager, it feels good on my arches and up under my toes. I found sore spots up there I didn't realize I had.
You can put this in the freezer and get those steel balls really cold. They stay cold for a good 20 minutes of use. I would suggest you wear socks if using it after coming out of the freezer. Or be a he-man/gal and plop your bare footsie right on top of those icy metal balls and grit your teeth for a bit.
This is easy to throw in your luggage and take on a trip somewhere. No mess or fuss and can be used whenever you are sitting - on a plane, bus, library, restaurant, etc.
I really can't come up with any cons. This is a great item to help you work on your plantar fasciitis issues.

I have found another use for this. My carpal tunnel, or maybe it's arthritis now, really hurts. I hold this unit in one hand, and move my other wrist over it, in all directions. Breaks the pain cycle, PAIN ... TENSENESS ... PAIN ... TENSENESS!

Heavenly... and effective!
I bought this for my mom after having tried one out and bought one at a running store. It's a wonderful little tool for effectively massaging your soles. You can use it as gently or as aggressively as you like for either a relaxing or more "therapeutic" self foot massage. I'm used to rolling my feet on a golf ball to loosen up my tight soles. This isn't quite as aggressive or punishing as that, but you can really get in there, depending on how much pressure you apply, and you can move your foot in different directions as well. And unlike with a golf ball, you can get the edges of your feet without the moji scooting away.
So whether you just want an ooh-ahh little foot rub or you need to work out some crunchy soles, this is a great little gadget.

Good for Sore Feet
"Excellent product, well made. Rolling balls large enough to work the foot muscles and pads. Stays in place when used. It provides good foot relief after my six mile walk/jog.

FEELS SO GOOD
This massager is fantastic. I keep it under the coffee table and pull it out while watching TV. It is nice to just rub your feet across but even better to put gently into the foot. I use it with and without socks depending on which feels better at the time. It is nice to just let your foot rest on it so the weight of your foot gently preesses the balls into the foot.

Perfect for PF Relief
If you suffer from PF, I highly recommend this product. As soon as I roll my foot over it, the stiffness and pain in my foot begin to dissipate and I can even feel my calf muscles loosening. I use this in conjunction with a splint, and I also ice as needed. The Moji really helps with managing my PF.
The Moji works really well when it's cold, so stick it in the freezer and then use it. Make sure you wear a sock, so you can roll and massage easily. I wish I would've found this sooner.

it has worked like a charm
I originally purchased this item for my boyfriends Plantar Fasciitis to help him recover and do his daily stretches. it has worked like a charm! It is def useful when you put in the freezer and very durable. I used to borrow it to massage my sore feet after working out or a long day of walking around town. Later I recently got diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and purchased one for myself and it had done wonders. No more borrowing the one from my boyfriend lol. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Great for foot pain!
Great item. Really helps with Plantar fasciitis. I have it on the floor next to my bed and use it in the mornings when I wake up and when I get home from work and my foot hurts. You can put this whole piece in the freezer and roll your foot when the steel balls are frozen. It is good for your foot, however, beware, it does get extremely cold! I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from foot pain.

I don't know why, but this ended up under the dining room table, so when I'm eating or chatting amongst family, I'm placing my socked feet over this thing. It feels great, though I usually have ticklish feet. Very relaxing and soothes any pains from standing all day.

Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money. The balls don't roll well. Regardless of how long you keep it in the fridge or freezer, the balls warm up in minutes. I've had more relief from freezing a water bottle and rolling it under my foot. Very disappointing for something that costs $40.
Also note that this product is NON-RETURNABLE.
