Super dense, very warm
I can't say enough about the merits of this jacket. It would take all day to describe the goodness therein. Super dense, very warm, vents in just the right places, makes you feel impervious to wind or damage. On size: I'm 5'11", 37" just below navel, 165 lbs., I got a medium and wouldn't want it any larger for sure. If I had to make a negative comment: the straps to size the "gut" region are drawn all the way in and I could go a little tighter, but it's a very minor issue, I'm kinda gutless anyways. If this had to be remedied, some velcro strips, needle, thread, and 20 minutes would fix the "issue" without even being noticable. Would buy over again for sure, I'm impressed, I never leave comments, but jumped at the chance here.

High quality jacket for an impeccable price.
Bottom line: this is a great textile jacket. I purchased this looking for something I can wear during the summer months when leather will have you boiling on your bike. It's light enough, but still feels very sturdy. A lot of vents help with air flow and the textile does breathe. The armor doesn't move around when you're riding and you can tailor that to your arms using the snaps. It's a good look that won't make you feel bogged down with heavy gear.
Some of the other features:
There is a quilted liner! So if you want to wear this jacket into the Fall, you will be fine in temperate climates. Also, pockets galore. So many pockets you won't know how to fill them. Somehow Viking managed to make all this room without the jacket being cumbersome. You also get a little bit of reflective fabric on the stripes and the "Viking" logo on the bottom of the back. It's just enough reflection to say "hey, I'm riding ovah here" without being obnoxious.
I am 5'8 185 lbs. I followed the fitting guide and found myself in a medium - that was the right choice. It fits snug to the body (almost like a slim cut). There are adjustments on the waist and arms, as well.
I'm looking forward to getting some more use out of this jacket. If you're looking for an alternative to leather, look no further. It would be almost impossible to find a jacket of this quality for this price.

Size runs large, and voluminous if you are lean.
I was able to exchange the jacket for a size medium. The seller was very helpful and responsive. However...
+ The arms fit very well with the elbow armor lining up properly and the sleeves being snug but not too restrictive.
+ The waist can be cinched tight if I pull the straps as far as they will go.
+ The shoulders are comfortable; snug but allow freedom of movement.
- The problem is the belly and chest. Whoever designed this jacket had the beer belly in mind apparently. As another reviewer stated, there is way to much room in the stomach.
Riding my Harley, with the vents open, the jacket inflates like a balloon. Very uncomfortable. Riding my Sport bike (this has an aggressive riding stance) the jacket bunches up and pushes up into my chin. Again, very uncomfortable.
Conclusion, unless you are mighty of girth, I would avoid this jacket.
The jacket is actually quite nice and a great value for the money, however, it is designed to what most made-for-American clothing companies call 'Classic Fit'. This means if you are, to put it kindly, carry extra weight, this may fit beautifully.
I am 5' 11", 172 lbs with a 42" chest and 32" waist (athletic build). I have a 16 1/2" neck measurement and 34" arms (center of back to wrist - dress shirt measurement). Normally large fits great in the chest, arms, and neck. A medium is just a bit small (usually stopping at 40" chest, 15 1/2" neck and 32" arms) so I have to go for a large. The problem is the waist. As you can see in the measurement chart the Large waist starts at 36". This is four sizes too big; it was my hope that I could draw the waist adjustments straps far enough to compensate, but no luck. I can pull them all the way back until I run out of strap (which leaves no hook-and-loop to adhere to) and the jacket is still baggy in the waist (and now has a ton of cinched up material). In the chest and shoulders I could wear an undershirt, shirt, and light jacket and still have too much room (I tried this just to see). In the summer there is no way I would wear that much clothing under my jacket.
I feel motorcycle jackets should fit snugly to offer the best ride (so material is not slapping against you at freeway speeds) and protection (a snug fit keeps the armor panels where they will do the most good in an unfortunate incident). That is the only reason I knocked a star off.
I will contact the seller and discuss a medium, if it sounds like it will work, and I can get the exchange without having to spend a ton in shipping, then I will update this review as appropriate.

The product is good quality, however the sizing is all off
The product is good quality, however the sizing is all off, which makes it unusable for certain body types.
Quality good, fit is way off.
I purchased a Medium
I am 5'11", 175 pounds, athletic build (similar to the guy in the picture). I have a decent size chest with a normal size waist, above average arms. The arms are snug, the shoulders fit well, as does the chest. However, the huge problem is the stomach - there is so much room, I could fit a beachball in there! It is as if this jacket was made for someone with a rather large belly, which is fine, but I was looking for something fashionable and snug. The image shown in the picture shows a small waist, so not sure why mine had such a massive belly. There are two straps on the sides to adjust it tighter, however, it is only gives about 2 inches on each side, and I need at least 10 inches cut off.
I would exchange for a small, but I fear then the arms and chest would be too small.

Love it. Great fit. When it's hot there are vents to keep cool. The pockets are perfectly sized.

Got in a wreck, no road rash or nothing
Got in a wreck last night, skidded a good 15 feet on my side, and absolutely no road rash or broken anything. Some bruises but not bad at all. Would definitely recommend
