Cheap and does the job.
I bought two of these for different tanks. Inexpensive and reasonably easy to set up. Worth a buy.

Hit or miss. You get what you pay for.

I regret for this purchase. cheaply made. I dont expect it can last long. you have to provide your own power source. anything lower than 9V wont get it run. With 12V it runs, but the tube always get sucked in from on end and spit out from the other. I bought a TOM Aquarium Aqua Lifter Pump and happy with it.

Great Little Pump
I am very pleased with this purchase. First let me quantify what I have seen from this pump during actual tests:
1. I tested the pump while powered at 12VDC and measured the current draw to be 0.4 amps.
2. I got some 2mm ID plastic hose and ran it up 44 inches to see if the pump would pump up that high. It did.
3. I measured the flow rate while the pump was pumping water up to the 44 inch height, and it was 75ml per minute, or about 2.5 ounces of water per minute.
I bought this pump to make a small hydroponic garden to grow one or two heads of lettuce in my office window. It will be perfect for that provided the motor lasts. I don't plan on running the motor all the time, probably just have it run about 10 minutes per hour and see how that does. Will update review if anything fails.
