Best Forged Audio Experience
This headset is absolutely amazing.
It's extremely comfortable to wear, with significant padding, but a great deal of attention dedicated to managing heat. They are not kidding about those heat sinks, I've never felt my ears getting hot in this headset.
The sound quality is excellent, with the advertised surround sound coming through very clearly. I played Skyrim with this headset and it significantly changed the gameplay experience. While I'm not big on surround sound speakers, in a headset this creates amazing situational awareness, clearly being able to identify the direction of sounds.
Obviously of course, this does depend on the source material. Some games have bad implementations of surround sound.
In terms of microphone quality my experience has been good. There are certainly better microphones available, but it doesn't pick up much noise. The friend I bought a pair for uses it more extensively for this purpose and she's come through very clearly.
The flexibility of the mic arm is a bit misleading. It can bend, but it is very stiff and does not bend far without bouncing back. However, this has not been a problem with using it.
The blast source identifier feature is a nifty gimmick, though not one that generally applies to my gaming. If you play games with loud large explosions, it has rumble motors in the ears that vibrate left or right in response to that. This however seems to affect the audio quality slightly for some reason. From what I can tell, it seems to do this based off of the bass in the audio, setting off left or right depending on the speaker origin, the few times I've used it it seems to work well.
The only real flaw I see to the headset is the LEDs. It lights up... and very bright... with no way to turn off the lights. Basically, if you game in a dark room... it'll light it up a fair bit. Not light bulb bright, but bright like your smartphone screen.
I have purchased two of these so far, one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. After trying mine, my roommate went out and bought a pair as well.
Added brand bonus... everything they make, from every piece of hardware to the software behind it is named after a different greek god. Theology geeky :-)

I love the great vibration feeling of the Hephaestus!
I needed a new headset and I saw the Hephaestus right on time on the web. There’s good reviews about it and like most of the reviewers said, no one else can compare when you consider the quality for their price. My favorite feature has got to be the blast source identifier, it feels so awesome to feel the vibrations especially when I’m playing Battlefield. The padding is really comfortable, but they might still be a little too heavy for long periods of gaming (4-5 hours). The lighting is super awesome as well, love it.

Easy to use!
I'm very happy with this headset!!!They are comfortable and sound great. I can easily adjust the volume without pausing gameplay. I even wore these to watch a movie on my PC computer. These work really very well with great volume and I would definitely recommend them with sweet price.

The headset is nice, there is only one issue I have with it, and that is the weight. They're heavy duty, and sometimes I have to take them off for a bit to allow my neck some rest.

Great headset, comfortable for hours of playing. The software sucks though! Download the razor synapse software for these headphones because it works fine. These are Better than Kraken Pro because the Kraken ear cups are too small and they create weird pressure points.

It's a nice headset with a good mic
I thought this was going to be some shady two bit knockoff that had fake reviews. Turns out I was wrong.
It's a nice headset with a good mic. It's comfortable on my large head.
As some other guy mentioned, the lights are too much - If there are guests sleeping in this room, I'll end up unplugging the headset to turn them off.

I like all my gaming stuff to glow.
End line is that for the cash, they are so worth it. They are as comfortable as a mother gorilla's bosom and the surround sound is clear. The cord is made of this cloth material (which is probably a good thing) but its feels really weird to me. The only other problem is the bass rumble while gaming will blow your kitties nipples off if you don't lower your game sound. Otherwise absolutely amazing headset that you wont regret buying.

Why have you not bought this?
Recently my other headset broke, and my friend is sponsored by gamdias and told me about them. At first I thought they looked a little cheap but with all the glowing reviews out there i decided to take the plunge. Coming from high quality 300$ headset I wasn't expecting much. So far I am LOVING IT. the bass for music and games is absolutely amazing! i have never heard a headset like this before in my life! One thing i have noticed it is does rattle alot when the bass is all the way up and the high's sound squeaky at times.
For the price and quality you cannot beat this. Get over its shiny exterior and look at the true build quality of the internals. You will not be dissapointed!
Another thing the mic is top notch, for skype and all other things i havnt had a problem and my friends say its completely clear.

Wasn't expecting the cord to be fabric which is what I was wanting since the rubber coated ones always end up needing emergency electrical tape. Exactly what I was needing.
