Please note: 2 days delivery from USA warehouse is NOT guaranteed, in most cases you will get your package in 2-3 business days, However in some rare cases processing and / or shipping time can take longer .

We offer free returns only in case product arrived damaged or not as described.

3. Return and partial refund
Because the shipping & handling cost is very high and product images on BTA-MALL are very hight quality, We do not give a full refund for returns without quality problems - reasons like "not like the picture" - "not as anticipated" or just "not satisfied" - will incur a restocking fee of 5-15%.
Before placing an order, please take a good looks at the product images and descriptions.
If you still want to return the product for such reasons - we will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, and charge you 5-15% restocking fee - that means a partial refund.
4. Refund due to an error in stock or price information
BTA-MALL reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. in this case customer will be fully refunded the payment they have made and no item will be shipped.

Total delivery time is split into two parts.
1. Processing time 3-24 hours normally (in rare situations up to 10 processing business days): The time from when your payment is received to the time when we gather up all the items, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.
2. Shipping time from 1-3 business days to USA clients - unless the item listing specify different shipping time or we notify you via email about different shipping time - see also above "About 2 day shipping"
Out Of Stock Split Shipping: If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items the order will be split shipped and items in stock will be sent first; then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately.

In some cases your parcel maybe directly delivered to your local post office. We will inform you once it has arrived. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. If you are also not at home when the parcel is to be delivered and it is too big for your letterbox the item may also be brought back to your local post office, a notice will usually be left on your door or in your letterbox.
